Warehouses are
available for lease.
Our warehouses are situated on 2+ acres that is paved for convenient
trailer parking with a separate parking area for your employees.
All warehouses
are monitored by 24 hour video surveillance. There are key pads
for opening overhead doors. Units are heated with gas forced air
ceiling heating units. All units come equipped with 100 amp panel,
florescent ceiling lights, and 230 V outlets.
Forklifts are
available for rental.
Currently we
have the following space available:
(2) 5000 sq ft
warehouse with four 12 x 14 ft overhead dock doors.
(1) 5000 sq ft
warehouse with two overhead dock doors, one 12 x 14 ft and the
other 20 x 14 ft.
